Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are willing to travel up to 30 miles from Puyallup, WA for MOST service calls, but can discuss farther for an additional Milage fee. Give us a call to discuss farther locations!

  • Our service fee is normally a flat rate, but can vary depending on location/service needed. Our Fee covers a FULL hour of our time. If your issue takes 10min we are happy to stay for the full hour and answer additional questions about anything not related to your original call! For pricing, please fill out our contact form!

  • Our Service Fee covers your first hour and the diagnosis as well as milage to your location. If its something we can easily fix then we will fix it on the spot! If an additional trip is required due to parts not being in stock we will discuss it and if there are any additional costs involved.

  • We do some inspections - primarily walk thru inspections. A walk thru inspection for us is when we walk thru an RV you are looking to purchase with you for up to 3 hrs. We will point out things regarding the RV in question and give you feedback about issues or areas of concerns. However, we do not look at RV’s unless you are present. Description text goes here

  • If you do not have hook ups for electrical, water or sewer we may be unable to service your call depending on the request. This would be discussed on our initial phone contact prior to coming to you. We recommend at least power for most services.

  • YES we do!! We do require to ANY tank cleaning that you have sewer hookups. We can do black or gray tank issues!
